The Botti Group GmbH is a private family office that exclusively manages the real estate assets of its own family. This long-term perspective shapes all our actions: We are not an anonymous investor, but a reliable partner with a personal commitment to quality and sustainability.
Now in its second generation, we are dedicated to the strategic management and targeted expansion of a portfolio of first-class properties in Switzerland's most attractive locations. Our focus is on the cantons of Zurich, Aargau, and Ticino.

Fabio Botti , Managing Director of the Botti Group, shapes the company with his passion for real estate and his extensive expertise. As a graduate in business administration with a degree in real estate management (ZHAW) and a master's degree in real estate (CUREM/UZH), he acquired and deepened his knowledge at two of Switzerland's most renowned universities.
More than twenty years of industry experience, including many years as a manager in a leading Swiss consulting firm, distinguish him as a proven expert.
At the Botti Group, he combines academic knowledge with practical experience to drive the development of new strategies and thus ensure the company's long-term success.
Purchase profile
We are continually interested in acquiring suitable investment properties to strategically expand our portfolio. As a long-term family office, we guarantee a professional, straightforward, and discreet acquisition process.

Locations: Focus on the cantons of Aargau and Zurich, preferably in small to medium-sized communities with good infrastructure and stable population growth.

Asset class: Multi-family houses (MFH) and residential and commercial buildings (WGH) with a residential share of over 70%.

Property size: Typically 2 to 5 residential units.

Condition: Well-maintained existing properties as well as properties requiring renovation or with development potential.
